We counted only three other customers in store and they had no one to help them either. Finally I had to go look for an employee who said they would have help sent to that counter. Waited another ten minutes and nothing. Took my business elsewhere and will going forward. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO KMS TOOLS

Was sold a made-defective parts nearly 2 months ago and after multiple denials by Customer Service & Staff that the product had a manufacturing flaw, the escalated to Buyer who admitted that indeed the product was built out of spec. Customer Service said they'd follow up on the issue and promised callbacks and product replacement; it is now past the latest deadline/expectation they set and are now ghosting us when we are asking for updates. All they do is push product off of shelves; any thing wrong or missing, forget it unless you can get an immediate return because they wont assist in 'making it right'...they just run away and apparently that's acceptable behavior as per corporrate culture.
B	Bob Finch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably bad staff. Store full of young girls who spend their time jibber jabbering. Customers simply interfere with their benign conversations. Rude beyond belief. Improve productivity by 50% by firing half the staff. Never again. What a joke!!!
A	Atlanta Georgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I'm a woman. I went in for welding gear. When they asked what size jacket I would need I said medium or small, something that would fit me. They made comments like, "oh really, wow, for you?" Yes.. for me. We tried on some jackets (that were all over the place, even the employee had a hard time figuring out the prices for each jacket) and when nothing fit I said no problem, I'll just keep looking. He literally said "or maybe find something else to do." Which I thought was completely sexist. Also the place was just a mess. I came in needing spats/boot covers too, and they had no idea what that was. Maybe they should look for something else to do?

Customer service were excellent and fixed the problem for me without having to reorder. Five stars because good service is rare these days. The website is fairly basic but it's good enough.
