Ethan has great to work with and has been a big help for myself and our clients. Because I am so happy with them, I had their windows installed on my own house. I would just like to caution those who decided to go with Tyee windows as the sales person I dealt with didnt give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Make sure to ask about the energy star rebates and if the windows will qualify for the rebates. My quote said energy star windows, but not to the specs needed to get the rebates. Also check your bill and make sure it is correct before paying, once they have your payment the customer service stops. Good luck.

We are very particular consumers who look for exceptional value at economical prices and we found both at Tyee. We are building a custom home while trying to stay at spec house pricing. We had 3 window quotes which were all within 2% of each other. We chose Tyee as they had a higher quality product and provided a better warranty. Ethan was attentive, ontop of our order, and stood behind his word. I never felt as though I was getting a sales pitch. Ethan even arrived on site after the windows were installed to ensure the install was done correctly. I highly recommend Tyee Windows without hesitation.

I've been in the residential building for 18 years and built over 60 houses and never seen worse windows than this company and for top dollar. I've used cheapest to expensivest windows on my houses in the market, this company wins for worst of the worst. -Constant lock problems, locks getting slammed into other panel when closing windows preventing from closing it and damaging other panel (all of them) -Constant locks knobs loosening(Them admitting problematic locks) -slider mechanism fell out on 2 occasions -windows so tight you need an adult to open and specially close them cuz you have to push the closing panel in the middle inwards to close the window and to prevent it from slamming into other panel I'll give them 0 star for coming back 5 times to change and install the same faulty locks. Save yourself ton of hassle and go somewhere else and do your due diligence before you buy windows cuz once to install them you're stuck with them for the rest of your house's life. Unless you have tons of money to rip them out and install new ones on.
A	A R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tyee is a very good company. They went above and beyond to assist with a tricky project. Product is very good. Service is great. Sales rep Brian was very attentive and quick to reply. I always expect some complications on any project and this one certainly had those. It is how a company handles those complications that matters to me. Tyee fixed each problem quickly and efficiently. Even the difficulties with the 'supply chain' did not stop them from helping to complete this project.
