★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in on Tuesday to get a quote on a windshield replacement that I had to pay out of pocket for (uninsured Alberta car). Not only was it almost a 50% cheaper than the highest quote I got from other places but the service, speed and professionalism was unbeatable and they were able to fit me in the next day. Someone has to fill very big shoes when the Ron the Manger retires.
I'll be back soon with my wife's suv!
I highly recommend Crystal glass to anyone that needs any glass work done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I needed to replace a window in a vehicle I chose this site because I thought clear glass was better than fast glass (picked the place solely on the name). However, 20 years later, they are my go to place for glass. From the replacement windshields, to the side mirror on the van when that telephone pole jumped behind me, to the new top for the patio table after the wind smashed the original one to pieces, to new panes for the greenhouse, they have always provided excellent service. Their follow up service is equally as impressive. When the above mentioned side mirror they fixed started to fall off I went in without an appointment and they fixed it on the spot, never had a problem with it since. The true mark of a company is how they deal with their mistakes. Just had another windshield replaced on the car and I love how I just drop off the vehicle, sign a couple papers and pick up a fixed vehicle, easy peasy, don't even have to talk to ICBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mainly dealt with a lovely woman by the name of Lisa at the front desk. She had fantastic communication and service. They truly went above and beyond with the interior cleaning of the broken glass. My interior looks essentially like I did when first bought it. I definitely would recommend THIS LOCATION specifically as has been my best experience to date for any glass repair/replacement.

It was my first time having my windshield replaced so I didn’t know what to expect, and I’m so glad I happened upon Crystal Glass.
They are personable, accommodating, generous and efficient. I especially love the feel of small business, where customers are truly valued and seen, rather than Big Business which can feel cold and impersonal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to a few places to replace my rear-windshield; unfortunately the part was out of stock nearly everywhere. Crystal Glass was able to source a part faster than I expected, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Very pleased with the results, and no longer have to drive with a taped up back window! Highly recommend this place.
