A	Ashley King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been at EMA langley since they opened their doors in 2017. They have helped grow and nurture my son in so many ways I don’t know where to begin. They have helped teach him respect, kindness, boundaries, empathy, friendship, and perseverance just to name a few. The instructors have become part of our village by helping us instill amazing values in our children along with giving them a safe space to learn a sport they love. My son has gone from a white belt to green in his four years and every step of the way he has been fully supported by the instructors. They have excellent communication with monthly emails on what’s happening in the gym to phone calls at home if needed to share info. If you’re looking for a place to learn martial arts and feel like family this is the place to do it.

Ms Ens is a shining light of positivity & happiness, and her energy & drive really sets this gym apart from others that we have been a part of in the past. Being a part of EMA means you are a part of a very special & inclusive community. My oldest son has trained with Ms Ens & the team for close to 3 years and he sees them all as part of his extended family. He has a genuine love & respect for the instructors & his peers. No matter how he is feeling when he arrives at the gym, it is guaranteed that he will be extremely happy, positive with a big smile on his face when classes are over, and this means the world to us. I always recommend EMA Langley to friends & family that are looking for extra curricular activities for their kids and themselves.

Excel Martial Arts was a such a great experience for my son and daughter and Ms. Ens and her team are phenomenal. My kids had never taken martial arts before and they both fell in love, especially my daughter. I saw such a difference in my daughter’s self confidence and was so happy to see her passion wanting to continue. I wish we could have continued at EMA throughout the year but hopefully we can be back for the summer again.
A	Alex Greeb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ how can you not have a bjj program and tell people there kids are safe learning this, this is called bullshido its great as something for kids to do but without ground training kicks and punches are useless i am a bjj brown belt so i know also an mma fighter so parents please dont put your kids in these places if you want them to be truly safe

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very family focused. The communication is wonderful and they are always working hard to see each child succeed personally. Although the classes are in a group, the staff still personalize each class with each student as needed. My son always come out of class with a big smile and confidence in himself.
A	Alexandra F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started in the adult cardio/kickboxing program in January when EMA was still only able to offer Zoom classes, and I was incredibly impressed at the instructor's ability to foster an enjoyable, fun, and challenging atmosphere through a virtual medium. We are now able to train in person, and that atmosphere hasn't changed one bit! I joined the martial arts program in the spring and it is the best choice I could have made throughout the pandemic. I leave every class feeling happy, and I've loved the opportunity to work on new and challenging skills. The atmosphere is supportive and conducive to growth, and the instructors are gifted teachers. 10/10 recommend joining as an adult, it's worth every penny! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this gym, their instructors, and the people we get to train with. Thanks, EMA, for bringing me so much joy over the past several months!

I, 100% RECOMMEND This gym ! Classes are great and they even offer Camps and other Holiday activities such as Movie Nights e.t.c. 5 stars !

Excel Martial Arts has the best instructors and most welcoming environment for children of all stages. His focus and confidence has increased due to this not only in the MMA class but also at home and in academic school. My family is very thankful.
