I have never been put off in a store for a long long time .... Today Lowe's managed to do so. Went in wanting to purchase a BBQ ... Granted the salesman did have someone with him so I sat down to wait he looked at me and asked what I needed told him a BBQ he then stated I needed to wait... We waited and waited and waited so I asked if I could get some help in the BBQ section I heard the page thwn the same guy said u can still wait.. No one else came so we left with nothing. Sad thing was there were about 5 associate's up front that could have came to see if I needed help... There are alot of other stores I can go to get service

Awful customer service. I purchased patio furniture and went to pick it up from the store a few days later and it took the staff 2.5 HOURS to gather the pieces of my purchased order. Since we don’t live close by we had to wait while the staff ran around searching for the items. So disorganized. I have never experienced anything like that in retail. Ever.

I purchased a screen door in late February 2022 and paid 800 dollars for the door and to have Lowe’s Abbotsford professionally install the door. Although the door itself is nice the install has not been right. The door does not completely close and can just be pushed open with one finger even when locked. I have phoned and emailed for months. The installer has come out and replaced the cylinder and adjusted the pin. Neither attempts have helped. I believe it’s a frame install issue. To date they have taken my money and I have a door that does not completely close or lock … I feel robbed and disgusted. I am a senior on limited income and can’t even feel secure in my home … still trying to get it corrected.

Helpful. Met my needs even though I did not follow pick up processes. Very obliging and willing to do the heavy lifting. I had a good feeling g when I left the building. Amd because of their attentiveness, I will be back. Appreciated the 2 customer service employees at the desk who assisted me

So I never write bad reviews about anything. Literally anything. However, the few times I have been in here have been awful. It seems as though since I am a woman I am invisible. Today I spent 25 minutes looking around the store with multiple employees wandering past me. I even tried to chase some down to ask a simple question, yet no one even acknowledged me. I am also not the only woman I know who has experienced this. I would rather an employee tell me they do not know where something is rather than full on ignore me. It just sucks to not even be seen.

They carry the best vanity & faucets. The staffs are helpful and friendly .

It took more than 5 employees and about an hour to figure out I wanted grout to repair some grout that's been falling out of my front door trim. They continued to try and sell my wife and I silicone which will not match. I had 2 kids with me and in the end I walked away annoyed and they sold my wife silicone. After that, the product they gave her would not ring up because the barcode was not in the system. That was another 20 minutes and 3 employees. The staff are not knowledgeable of the products.

I did not know that Lowes sold moving boxes! They have small, medium and large. Very strong sturdy boxes. The prices were the most reasonable here. I did shop compare! They have packing paper, tape and bubble wrap for those fragile items. This has made my long distant move so much easier being able to purchase moving boxes.
