C	Cat F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable priced haircuts but my last experience there was not Great sadly Cathy is very friendly but she cut my bangs and they are too short for curly hair BUT THE OTHER STYLIST IS RUDE. because of her I will not return. I did not catch her name
J	Justyce Thibault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never actually gotten my hair done here but I've been a couple times with someone else and they seem to do pretty good haircuts. the thing that I have a problem with is, I got here 45 minutes before they closed and they "didn't have time" to do my eyebrows, even though they were open. and there's 2 ladies currently working right now, one was cutting someone's hair when we got here and the other lady is trimming my cousins hair, a man just walked in and both ladies apparently will "not have time" to trim his hair, they aren't closed yet I'm not sure why they're rejecting customers, they're still open for another half an hour. they definitely could've cut the guys hair, and/or did my eyebrows. like, already said no almost an hour before they closed. a bit ridiculous to me.

It is so conveniently located -close to Costco, Winners, Lowe’s, Pet Smart and all those places. There is always lots of Parking too. Their staff is friendly and know hair and products. They style and cut for women, men and kids. I’ve seen people with such great styled hair walk out the door smiling! Val
L	Lyndon Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid a $4.00 sanitation fee for a chair that was covered in someone else's hair; clippers and attachments were laying on the filthy floor. Still, I wanted a cut and after 4 minutes in the chair getting a rush job, I was pushed out the door so that she could take the next customer ahead of her co-worker. When I went to pay, it was clear the employee had no training for the point of sale system and I had to dispute an incorrect charge.

A special thumbs up to Judy for dealing with all of the drama that ensued in my wake today. She handled it like a champ, even though I had to rush out and leave a tip that was way less than I wanted to leave. She did a great job and was very understanding.

She confirmed the product was in stock before I made the drive out to Abbotsford, which I really appreciated.
A	Amanda Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get my hair washed, blow dried and straighten. I am 9 months pregnant and had maternity photos. My hair was washed with cold water and the experience of the lady washing my hair was painful, she was so rough and had no regard for what she was doing. When drying my hair she first use a towel and roughly(painfully) dry it, then with out brushing it used her fingers to “comb” my hair and just started blow drying, my hair is pretty thick so this did not feel nice at all. She never parted my hair in sections to make sure it was fully dry before she started straightening. During it you could tell some my hair was still damp in some spots but she just kept going… I had to re straighten my hair prior to leaving to get our photos and had just paid $51 for this service and I was maybe their for 35 minutes… I was really disappointed with this experience.
