One of the few pick-a-parts that are left in the city which is a shame because you can find used oem parts far cheaper than you'd find anywhere else. Especially if you bring your own tools and take the part out yourself but they do offer to remove the part for you for a reasonable price. I bought a drivers side mirror but less than 20 dollars and I couldn't find it for less than 100 anywhere else, even when look on places like Craigslist and buying private let alone buying from a dealership or online site

Not only was the service and selection A-One but I accidentally left my wallet on the counter when i was paying and realized only after I got home so I phoned them and they kept my wallet for me in the safe till I returned and all the money was still in it when I got it back so I tried to give them a reward but they wouldn’t accept it. Now that’s service. Thankyou Empire

Great inventory website, prices are fair, staff members are friendly and professional on phone and in person. I have been here few times for different parts, sway bar, rims, small components, resonator intake pipes, latches. If prices you feel are not good and decide not to take the item, the staff will ask again name a price we can work something out (within reason of course), and I always leave a happy customer. You bring your own tools to pull your own parts.

My only real issue is that many of the tool cars that you use to lug around tools and parts around the yard are pretty beaten up after so many years of use and abuse. All around great place, and even better prices.
