★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not describe the item correctly, which is misleading, further more, they place a picture of the back of the mirror rather than a front image, which make more confusion. They charged 20% for return even the item has never been used and is still brand new. They also refund less than the actual amount.

Having written a very unhappy review of my customer service experience, the company reached out to me the following day. After a bit of discussion, they agreed to accept the return of an incorrectly supplied part and have since sent me the correct part.
Although I was initially very disappointed, I am now happy that they have stepped up and provided good customer service.
