★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store for a plecostomus and 2 little frogs for my tank. It took 25 minutes for the lady to finish with another customer who was only buying a couple of guppies. She could not answer any questions he had about a new tank he was starting with his kids. Then really struggled to catch the fish and also had the frog jump out of the net onto the floor. Kept saying she was new to the department blah blah blah. Then by the time I got into the line up it was half way into the store and low and behold who's on the til.. the SAME lady from the fish section. It took me 55 minutes in total and the plecostomus didn't even last the night ?. Living 2 hours away from the closest petsmart is super annoying now that i have to go back. My other pleco lived for 6 years..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today to buy a fish, the lady which assists with the fish matters was so kind, she gave her full time explaining me about the fishes and guided me what things has to be done before putting fish in the tank because I am pretty new to this. Overall wonderful experience and great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of selection on a wide variety of items, prices are reasonable but look for sales. They offer grooming services as well. Our dog looked amazing after his wash and nail trim. You can collect rewards points via your phone number which helps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURBABY THERE. I Asked for my 11 month old goldendoodle to have a bath and brush. I told them it was her 1st time and I would be a few minutes away. Call me if there was a problem. I got a call saying she had knots that had to be shaved. I repeatedly told them DO NOT SHAVE HER cut out the knots if necessary but NO shaving. Apparently the dogs are not allowed to leave with knots or tangles.... company policy..2hrs later I was called and told to go to the vet cos she was showing signs of stress and they had taken her there. I said. Why didn't you call I was a few minutes away?.... company policy... we have to go to the vet. Here are photos of what they did... and I now have a paranoid very frightened puppy that is afraid of bathing, clipping and strangers. Thank you for nothing Petsmart Abbotsford

Only reason for 4 stars is that I don’t support animal breeding for profit, otherwise a great place to visit for your pets’ needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location. Staff here are fantastic. I’ve had to make a few exchanges due to some defects, and even without a receipt they were able to honour the exchange.
We enrolled in puppy classes here and the trainer is just lovely. He’s patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Bolt is loving his classes.
