I purchased a used washer and dry Nov 3rd and it was delivered the next day. right away my dryer door was opening and stopping. I called right away with no return call for weeks. When they finally came to "fix it" not even a month later the door was opening again and stopping. They came finally again and glued a metal washer so the button would stay in if the door opened a little and not stop the dryer. The next month I noticed the filter in the front of the washer wasn't able to be cleaned with out all the water draining all over the floor. I have been asking for months to come fix. First it was they needed to order the part and would call when it came in. No call, I finally called and asked about it. Oh it came in and no one called. They came to fix it. I didn't watch what they did but I'm sure they are changing the hose in the back of the washer not the one in the front that wont drain to clean the filter. I have made a complaint with the BBB in May and they have not replied to date. I am completely disappointed as I am a single mom who can't afford to just buy a new one or pay someone else to have a it repaired. So now I have a washing machine that leaks, I can't clean the filter and a metal washer glued so the dryer so it doesn't turn off. When I call I either get no answer and not able to leave message or no call back. If I would of known this company ran their business so poorly I would of never bought anything from them and will NEVER buy anything from them again and will let everyone know about my experience. Please be caution dealing with this business.

Nobody showed up at 4pm so I called back and they said he would come on Monday now. Wow, well thanks for wasting my afternoon. I've called another company to come fix it today.

This place comes with great services and provides a happy environment. Their delivery prices are very reasonable as well. I never had a problem with my laundry machine after the repair was done. I am extremely happy with the product and services from this place and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for any home appliances.

They stand by their word and their warranty. We purchased a front load washer and dryer for a steal. Unfortunately had a bit an issue with the first washer, but they gladly stood by their word and offered a replaced unit worth a fair bit more. Installed and delivered the next day. I'll be back for a dishwasher soon and will be using them for all our appliances from here on.
J	Jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a refurbished oven that wasn't working. We called and they girl was polite and apologetic. They sent in a repair man who came to the same conclusion, its broken. We got another one sent to us the next day. The movers were polite and right on time. Great prices!

Says it was the drain pump and they will come the next day to fix it. They no showed. Came the day after that and replaced the pump. $150. Still didn’t work. Said it was the control board and they would call with a price the next day. They never called. Got in a fight with my husband when we asked them for money back for the incorrect part. Finally got $100 back and they got their washer back which they will refurb and sell for $500. I bought one off FB for $250.

I called and messaged them many times they say the service technician will come check them but they never show up.
A	Audrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service. My fridge started making loud noise couple months after purchase. Reached out, as it has 1 year warranty. Took forever for them to even contact me back, let alone arrange a technician to come out. Was told multiple times they’d contact me in specific time frame to arrange, but never followed through. Finally a week later technician called me back and wanted me to unplug my fridge for 24 hours. Without even coming to take a look at what the issue was. Meaning I was losing hundreds of $ on wasted food. Then, 1-2 months later, my fridge stopped making ice. Again it was a COMPLETE nightmare trying to contact this company to have this fixed. It’s been over a week. Was told technician would come out over the weekend. Then they phoned to say “on Monday”. It’s now 6pm Monday night and I have yet to receive a phone call. Horrible products they sell, and horrible customer service. Spare yourself the money and time. I wish I did.
