★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is amazing. My old fridge went into melt down mode on the hottest day of the year so I went to Matus as they are local. From the minute I walked in the door to delivery they went the extra mile. They were going to deliver my new fridge same day so I wouldn’t be without but I said next day would be ok. Not only did they deliver my new fridge this morning but because their delivery truck was being repaired they rented a truck at their own expense so I wouldn’t be without a fridge. That is customer service at its very best.
I will highly recommend this company.

Matus got us a new one on order without issue, and even offered to deliver it! I'm so thankful for quality, local, family companies in town! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write reviews but had to on this one. Horrible customer service. The chubby front desk guy is so lazy that he was going to charge 20-30$ just to go see if he had parts. Said it was his time. Never met someone in customer service so lazy and with such a bad attitude. Come to think of it I’ve never had someone show this much attitude just because they had to go look for parts. He became rude as soon as he had to walk away from the front counter. Avoid this lazy unprofessional shop that shouldn’t be in business.
