★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I dropped into Tile Mart for the 1st time 18 months ago, prior to a big reno project. After looking at a number of other specialty tile stores, as well as the well-known, big name, all-purpose home stores, finding Tile Mart was a delight!
We met Ali, who seemed to work all the time, and whom we came to rely on for unbiased, honest opinions. I highly recommend this gentleman; he was simply wonderful!! It was a pleasure dealing with a person in customer service who knows the product inside out, who doesn't try to steer you to the more expensive option, and who truly listens to what you are saying. We bought the tile for our 2 bathroom showers and floors, living room fireplace wall, plus kitchen floor - and have been delighted with the result after install!
It was a no-brainer when we decided on another project that required tile. We didn't even start anywhere else, just went directly to Tile Mart, knowing we'd get great service and selection. We certainly weren't disappointed! Ali wasn't working (to our surprise!), but we had the great fortune to meet owner, Hardave. As with Ali, we were treated to superb customer service by Hardave. We found precisely the tile we wanted and at a great price. Hardave loaded it all in our vehicle, to cap off the experience. I highly recommend only going to Tile Mart for any of your tiling project needs. You won't be disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed in Tile Mart and their business practices. I contracted them to install a back splash in my kitchen from tile I purchased in their store. Not only did they show up with the wrong tile but apparently their installer is not able to measure properly. He installed the tile unevenly and clearly did not use any form of spacers as the tile has larger grout lines between certain tiles. I have been attempting to have this job redone for many months and just keep getting empty promises from the manager who always seems to be out of town on one family emergency or another. I finally went to the Better Business Bureau and after a month of repeated attempts to contact the business, they too have been unsuccessful. My only regret is not reading the reviews prior to using this business. Save your money and go elsewhere. DO NOT USE TILE MART!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciated the Langley office's response and offer to refund my $50. I emailed the proof of charges to his office on Saturday, January 22nd after a telephone call with Hardev. It is Wednesday, January 26th and I still have not received a credit to my VISA account nor confirmation from their office via return email or phone call. This outfit does not deserve my trust.
Owner took a $50 deposit on my card for the samples I took home. I returned the samples, presented the receipt to get my $50 back and the VISA card digits on the receipt didn't match my card's last four digits. The VISA attached to my account was not my VISA. I do not own a card with those numbers. I provided him proof from my bank account and credit card statement that a $50 charge was taken on my VISA and yet the owner would not give me my $50 back. He denied he might have stapled the wrong VISA slip to my account. Further, he accused me of using a stolen credit card to make the deposit and said I could stand in the store all day, but he wouldn't provide me a refund. He had all of his product back, but kept the $50. Who is the real thief?
The service is horrible, the business integrity is shameful. I do not recommend giving this man any business. He does not deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a long time customer at Tile Mart, using their tiles and service on multiple homes over the last few years. Recently, I purchased enough tiles for several rooms in my newly built house. Of course, I was left with surplus tiles which most companies will happily return for a restocking fee.
The amount of tiles I needed to return was less than $30 on a $4000 order but they completely refused, becoming aggressive in the process. Customer service is clearly not a priority and they have now lost my business.
