J	James Bush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trustworthy, dependable and talented group. We were able to go away on vacation and trust the Livwell team to come in and do renovations on our home. They did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. When I've worked with contractors in the past, one of the biggest challenges I've always faced is their ability to communicate clearly, stick to a schedule and deliver what was promised. Livwell did an amazing job of being done when they said they would and communicating with us if there were any changes along the way.

Before they would help us they have a $500 design fee that needs to be paid for designing. We paid $250. up front. and the other $250 after drawings were completed and never were and here we are Sept 11th 2021. That's why we say ----- ---- You'll Regret hiring this company. Reasons.! You ask.. * Communication; Tops our list, You can wait up to 3 weeks to get a reply if not longer * Knowledge of products; and building code They'll get back to you after they consult someone else. * Excuses; Can not help you until this person or that person get back from wherever * Respect. We have other clients that are paying a lot more money so they get the bulk of our attention. So when you get left in the Lurch or wondering what happen to these guys or feel your getting hosed or mislead or mis understood or ripped off or not listened too I want to be the 1st to say... I told ya so. I would Never Recommend this company. And the folks that gave this company 5 stars with no review to their claim of reasons why ! chances are... Employee's

From working together on our design, to choosing our final colours, and everything in between, they were with us every step of the way. They listened to our wants and needs and made suggestions to enhance our home. Their crew were great people to work with. Each person was polite, accommodating and trustworthy and came with multiple talents. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and excellent quality of materials. Right from the initial design meetings with Cynthia and Tony we knew we had made the right choice. The entire Livwell team who worked on our project were top notch. Their focus on customer service was fantastic. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home. We are very pleased with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend Livwell Collective to others.

We have worked with other design/contracting teams in the past but have never had an experience quite like this! •Having the majority of their trades in house enabled for a seamless transition during the reno process. Each trade was super friendly and willing to answer any concern that we had. •We made many renditions to the original plan during the process. Cynthia and Jordan were more then happy to accommodate our needs and execute everything to the finest detail. Thanks again for bringing some life back into our home! Her design team did an amazing job of getting everything rendered so we could see what we were deciding to do. The end result is amazingly like what we decided at the start. She was happy to help us throughout the decision making for colours, materials and problem solving. Once everything was set to go the reno team, run by Jordan, got started. They were always very respectful, responsive and pleasant. They clearly enjoy their work and each other. I really love my custom hood fan! Again, problem solving, support and consideration was given throughout the months long process of the reno. Before signing the final cheque to them, they do everything possible to make sure it is finished to our satisfaction. We are so happy with our final product, it is incredible, our home is transformed and Cynthia's vision is realized as a beautiful, practical and easy to maintain space. Thank you LivWell!
