M	Melody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 people 6:30pm, Very busy establishment with a 45 min wait for a table. Sat at the bar to eat instead. Female bartender with dark long hair was snarky and ignored us for over 10 minutes, but then realized she was serving kind people and changed her tune. Food is hot and delicious. Lettuce Wraps are the best!! My friend is getting married and the bartender overheard this news so brought a piece of complimentary congratulations cake for her. That was very Nice!! Not a lot of parking when busy. Definitely make a reservation by 4pm. I recommend this location. 4 Stars

She is attentive, kind and makes us feel like she looks forward to welcoming us back. She remembers the details of our orders and checks in on conversations or things we had said the week before. She is a bright light at that location and even if week after week I may not feel like eating the same thing we will continue to be back as it’s such a sweet experience for myself and my dad due to her.

Our waitress Tina was unreal, had all of our orders perfect, was super friendly and very punctual. She also had a perfect little dessert brought to the table for my parents. I would highly recommend asking to be seated in her section. Great job and great food!

G	Gurv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was consistent with your typical cactus club, but the service definitely wasn’t. The hostesses especially seemed lost, and weren’t very helpful when we first arrived. The worst was someone who ignored us after we got our text saying the table was ready, not sure if she was the Manager or a hostess, but she walked straight past us to chat with a friend and help her before assisting us. Didn’t if stop by to tell us she will assist us in a minute, completely ignored us and walked past. If I didn’t have a gift card, I probably would have walked out. Very disrespectful.

They have sushi, steak, burgers, lettuce tacos.. the list goes on. Lots of seafood options. It was just an eclectic mix. I went with a salad because I’d been eating out so much and needed some greens. They obliged happily to split the salad, so my partner and I could both get in on it. Overall their service was amazingly attentive. A great spot to stop by when you are in Abbotsford.
M	My Opinion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very impressed with this Cactus location. Due to our situation it’s easier for us to order door dash which is an arm and a leg for cost with the delivery fees plus the 60 minutes it takes to get your order. My husband and I ordered the ribs and salmon which cost like almost $80. His rib meal was fine but my salmon meal was missing the mashed potatoes which actually makes the meal! They gave quite a bit of asparagus. It’s so frustrating when stuff like this happens as you spend so much money just on two meals and to wait almost an hour to receive the meal. I called in and spoke to Brad and he did apologize profusely and called door dash to have the salmon refunded. He did the obvious as my meal was incorrect but what about ruining our dinner and the delivery fees and time. I wouldn’t be writing this review as this is the second incident. The first time we found a hair in our meal. I find this location compared to Burnaby and Delta is not the greatest.
M	Maxine Noël on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you ever go wrong with cactus club?? We did the Dine out Vancouver menu and it was above and beyond. The prawn roll was incredible and just enough to fill you but leave you wanting and of course the butternut squash ravioli is a classic favorite. I was so full by the end of the meal that I had to take it home for later ?
