R	Rita Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed in this place. I told them Everything about me. I went through all there regulations to be a cared for by them. They said they would transfer my records two months ago which they didn't and now today first thing this morning I called them thinking they knew about my history. Then refused to prescribe me the meds I need so I don't end up in emergency. They treated me like I was asking for an addictive drug. Talked down towards me and totally sluffed off my essue. WOW! INCOMPADENCY AT ITS FINEST. They didn't even apologize for the discrimination towards me today. They take you in yes but its all about money your health is not priority here its how much they can make off you. Ergent care clinic? That's what I needed today ergent care but I was treated horrible. The name for this clinic should be WE DONT CARE CLINIC. They make appointments for you then call you the day of and change it. If your in need of real help this clinic is not for you. IF you take time off work I recommend stearing clear of this place. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT A CLINIC THAT CAN REALLY HELP YOU! Not once have they actually done something real to help me. Only made me take time off work, they even called me the day before to make sure I wouldn't miss the appointment. Only to cancel at the last minute. Wouldn't have even gave them one star but I had to in order to do my review.
J	Jessica Allan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgent care is supposed to keep hospitals less busy so people who have an emergency can get the care they need and the patients with urgent concerns can get their help. Weekends are their urgent care days and yet when you show up at 830am they have "appointments". Turned away once because they were at capacity, second time it was "we have appointments ahead of you till 11" this is an urgent care clinic... not a family practice. Hospital got me in in 30 minutes.

No one answers phones, I spend over a week working to medications refilled that have been used for years. My referrals don't go through unless I heckle. Does anyone actually care about people's wellness? I've never had such poor rapport with my own Healthcare team. It makes it extremely difficult to come back for trusted care, and then in turn my family suffers.
K	Kayla Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Mangat, Nicole (nurse), and Dawn (nurse). Dr. Mangat had amazing bedside manner. He made me feel truly cared for and eased my worries. He ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment, explaining everything, answering any questions, and having Nicole accompany during the gyne exam. I was lucky they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment when I arrived at opening on a Saturday, but they do work on an appointment basis (even though they are supposed to be "urgent care" on the weekends). This is definitely the one downside. 10/10 care if you can get in.

They got me in quickly and I can say that the staff was awesome. It is a hard job that they do and they took the time to explain to me what was wrong, and what I needed to do to heal. Hopefully I do not need to go back ever but what a great people.

Whenever I have called the phone has been answered and only once did I leave a message and it was not returned. While in crisis, reception went out of their way and did everything possible to get me in with my doctor who was fully booked, and set me up with support until then. My doctor has made me feel heard, supported and cared for without question whenever I needed her. I am extremely fortunate and had nothing but good experiences with Abbotsford Urgent Care.
