The service was prompt, ? drive thru service. The fries were just barely warm and the chicken was tough. Looked like it had been cooked hours before and kept in a warming oven.

thank you KFC as i will never throw my hard earned money here again...2 pieces chicken was light golden and greasy, 2 pieces were darn dark brown and dry old gross and 1 piece was a round piece of breast?none of the chicken was crispy. the whole box of fries were cold all this and a gut ache only costs 25dollers and change.

Absolutely continuously poor service. It takes half an hour to go thru the drive they. With only 3 cars in front of me. Time again it is the same thing. Lunch rush is not the impact issue here. It is staffing and quality control and management! Moving other side of Abbotsford. Will not come here anymore!

Worst KFC ever. I ordered the 10 piece bucket with three sides and added a gravy and 5 piece hot wings, the chicken was so greasy it was dripping and it was dark like old oil. The chicken was so dry that my kids couldn't eat it, the wings were stale and old and disgusting, they didn't give me the gravy that I paid for and the fries were limp and cold. I will NEVER give this KFC another chance. Gross and disturbing how the workers don't even care about the quality of the food. Absolutely deplorable.

Weent to get a bucket of chicken and not the first time this has happened. I should have checked the order but lots of cars behind so did not. Got home and I had a chicken burger and poutine with salad plus chicken and fries. Did not go back as this has happened before. So just will not go there again. I had stopped for about 3 months but thought I would try again. The staff are wonderful and the place is clean but the orders are wrong more than right.

Always seems to be a problem at this location. They do not have items that are advertised, staff are unaware of prices, and not wiling to help. Once their card machine was down and they asked me to walk though drive thru, while it had cars in line and pay for my items. Another time I asked the price of my order and they were unsure I comfirmed the price online and they said that it is not correct but in fact more expensive. I have walked in on a couple occasions where staff have gathered around and looked at me and ignored me and continued their conversations This location is a liability. The owners should read these reviews and work on improving customer service or do something quickly before it is too late. I rather drive to the other side of town and go to that KFC they actually have customer service. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this location to anyone!

If you are a different color of skin, Do No go here! It's the same KFC, with added staff bull shΒ‘t. I saw a "freind of staff enter the kitchen (food safe)? Every time I try to get my favorite burger from this place it's the same B.S.. This place needs better staff training or better management.

This place used to be great! Lately they have absolutely the worst. Every time we have ordered here, we’ve gotten the wrong order, or we are missing chicken from our buckets. With how pricy they are, their customer service is awful. I’ve never been one to complain and pick up again as I do not trust that people will be respectful towards food and customers after a complaint. But wow. We will not be giving this location our service anymore. We’ve ordered a 12 piece bucket with burgers and 2 piece meals, and so much was missing. They didn’t give us what we ordered and paid for. Another time they gave us spicy chicken, which could’ve been someone else’s order. And just recently, we were missing 2 pieces of chicken from our bucket again. It’s so frustrating that we do not get what we pay for. How hard is it to count each piece? Poor customer service, inadequate training and poor management.
