★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m always on the go and eating chopped leaf at least 3 times a week or ordering through door dash. Comparing this location to others, I honestly have to say, their quality has been going down and down for about a year now. I get the same wrap made the same way and it’s always less chicken, more lettuce and barely any sauce. For the past year Iv noticed the sauce barely being there and my wrap tasting extremely dry.
I have mentioned to the staff/manager numerous times and will get charged $1 while other places only charge 50 cents but they always include the right amount of sauce no matter what. I have also heard complaints from many friends and coworkers this location has become very cheap with their protein and sauce. From now on I’ll be going the extra 10 minutes to the whatcom location while in Abbotsford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is getting worse and worse. I order quite often here for lunch because it’s closer to my work than the other location. The last 4 times my order has either been wrong or something else. Last time the noodles in my Bangkok salad were actually hard and stuck together. This time the same salad I had one piece of chicken, just a strip and 2 “bits” of chicken. You have to pay over $3 more for protein. Unbelievable. This was the last time I will go to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered off skip since the seasonal salad was offered on the app. Got my order and the writing on the bag was fantastic! Made my day. I certainly enjoyed my meal and will enjoy another salad at another time. This location never disappoints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good but the service wasn’t. I had ordered and the staff member stood at the screen looking at her phone for more than five minutes before going to make my wrap. I believe her name was Seerat. (I heard one of the staff talking to her) this was about a month ago, so I’m hoping her work ethic has gotten better. In a more recent visit I got some lettuce that had gone bad in my food which has gotten more frequent since the new owner has taken over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been meaning to try The Chopped Leaf for a while and last week I ordered lunch from the Abbotsford location. Went for the #1 which includes romaine lettuce , brown basmati rice, black bean corn salsa, avocado, cheddar, cilantro, crushed pita chips, sour cream & salsa. Added tofu on as well. I enjoyed having half lettuce and half rice and the ingredients were fresh and yummy.
#1 Bowl - $9.95
Add tofu - $3.45
Total with tax - $13.97

Dealt with two different managers from the start of the order until they dropped it off and they were so great to work with—available, helpful, accommodating and very friendly!!
Wrap platters and salads were competitively priced, delicious, fresh and the meat ones had a good amount of protein! Each platter, salad, and each wrap was individually labelled.
Platters transported easily, stacked on top of one another. They offered cutlery, plates and tongs for salad. Tongs were so useful (will save them and use again).
We served almost 100 with Caesar, Southwest, Bangkok and Sunshine. Everyone loved it!
