★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents wanted fried fish ... We orders their meals n i got the cod sandwich..
Every dish tasted bland and lacked a lot of seasoning and flavor. All of it was soggy and the cod sandwich was slatherd in some king of sauce that made it even more soggy!! For $9.00 sandich only i would expect it to be crispy n some flavour!! This just confirms why i do not come here own as a rule .. I've had better fish at the competitions next nlock over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After bit of shopping we wanted a quick bite to eat ....this is usually not our menu but we decided we wanted fish and chips. C-lovers was tonight’s choice . Our servicer was fast and very attentive. The establishment was clean and the washroom was kept. We ordered all you can eat fish and chips.
The pieces of fish were cut thick and the fries were cooked perfectly. We also ordered four oysters and prawns. We gave this establishment 4 stars. Everything was quick and served hot with a very nice smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been dying for good fish chips. I live in Calgary Alberta and there is nothing. I really enjoyed the cod and chips. The coleslaw was delicious. Will definitely be back next time we come out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did anyone notice the size of the shrinking cod dinner, or should I say, the French Fry dinner with a taste of cod that you get these days at Sea Lovers, or are these old eyes deceiving me? Yikes. The three stars go to the help. The cooks are great and the waitresses are exceptional and there’s no food on the floor. But….where’s the cod?

We are on the other side of town and our meals were still hot and the batter just as crunchie and as good as if we ate in the restaurant. If your into really good fish and chips I highly recommend C-Lovers. This was our first time there and are looking forward to dineing in next time ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start with the positive. The staff is very friendly and seated me very quickly. Covid passport was scanned and the restaurant appeared to be clean.
Now for the negative. I ordered half order of onion rings, small clam chowder and all you can eat fish and chips. Pretty much every dish tasted bland and lacked a lot of seasoning and flavor. I've had better fish and chips out of a store bought frozen box.
Would not recommend!
