★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (it’s tuesday) I went into popeye’s on friday and they didn’t have the flavour of pre I wanted so the guy said he can bring one in for me from chilliwack and since the manager lives in chilliwack it’ll be no problem to get it to me the next day. they took my name and phone number down. I went in the next day and it still wasn’t in which was fine. I never heard back over the weekend and it’s now tuesday and I just called and the girl that answered said it still hasn’t come in and she asked the manager which I could hear loud and clear be SO RUDE and said “well did she call?” no :) because my name has been written down for 5 days and you were supposed to call me. the manager also said “I’ll call her right back” and it’s been an hour and he still hasn’t so I went somewhere else where they aren’t passive aggressive towards their customers.
