This is the absolute worst staples I have been to. The customer service is complete trash. Especially in the print department. I highly recommend that you take your business to the Langley staples instead. I am heading there now.

Great deals on older products on their website. I got a Skullcandy ink'd bt headset for $10. Its like $40 elsewhere.

My wife and I went in this evening to buy a Fitbit Charge 5 and the sales person told me that they were recalled (they weren't) for exploding batteries (they don't). He proceeded to say that the ones at the store were smashed with hammers in front of staff at the request of Fitbit. We then went to Best Buy and bought the desired Fitbit. I'm not sure if he was trying to get us to buy a fancier more expensive model, but he did not succeed. Please train and educate your staff properly.

Like many others have pointed out, the customer services is absolutely awful. Printing services customer service couldn’t be any worse. Literally. Cashier tried to apologize but it’s not her fault. It’s obvious management could care less about these reviews because nothing seems to have changed here. The person at the cash register is the only reason I’m even giving that 1 star.

I have to give a 2 star rating based on some pretty bad computer warranty experience we had. Our office computer that we purchased from Staples which contained many of our important files on the hard drive stopped working. It wouldn't start, had a power issue. We took it in and they sent it away for about 2 weeks for warranty repair at the end of which they told us it can't be fixed so they issued us a store credit (which is why they don't get a 1 star review) and they said they had a backup of our hard drive at the store for pickup. However they tried to charge us $100 to retrieve a tiny little thumb drive which was probably only worth $8.00 retailed there and probably worth less than a dollar to them. After complaining we got that down to $50 woo hoo!!! However the hard drive didn't actually contain the important documents that we needed. What is the point of paying that money for information you think you are receiving only to find out it's not even there. I'm glad we didn't make the mistake of buying another replacement computer from staples. The one we bought was based solely on the recommendations of the store staff and it broke down roughly 1.5 years after purchase and the warranty that we paid extra for was pretty sub par.

Absolute garbage all around. First of all the customer service sucks. EVERY time I go to the counter for photo pick up it takes up to 10 minutes to be helped. It’s super slow. Photo printing isn’t even done in store. Was told 7-10 days and it’s been 12 days. London drugs does it day of, better quality and better service. Some 4x6’s I ordered where the worst resolution I have ever seen and it definitely was not the photos. They where full resolution highest of quality wedding photos. They where actually blurry it was pathetic. Terrible tones too. They’re β€œvalue prints” shouldn’t even be an option their so bad. I also got a notification saying my order was ready when half of it wasn’t there.

I hate to be negative for a review but I have come here quite a number of times in the past 6 months and have received the same minimal customer assistance. I have worked a lot with Staples in the past when I was in charge of marketing/design for a real estate company, and since then have gone more out of my way to work with Staples for my print orders and regular office supply purchases. I used to attend the Langley location primarily in the past but since moving farther east I assumed I would receive similar service out here in Abbotsford. The print/marketing staff have never been eager to help, even if it's simply to look up my order so I can pick it up. It almost seems like they purposefully look away to appear like they don't see me to not have to help me at the desk right away. I've had many print errors on my orders and have been spoken too quite rudely as if the errors were on my end. My husband has had a number of bad experiences here. I know not every job is "super fun", but part of the majority of jobs is being willing to help customers and even pretend to be a little friendly when doing that. I've tried really hard to be patient and understanding as I know sometimes we can have hard and busy days, but this has been a continual attitude of the staff there. It's gotten to the point where I purposefully go out of my way to order at a location that's farther from home as I don't want to deal with the poor service again. Ah well, it's a shame but what can you do?

Great place, lots of varieties. I didn’t end up buying anything because it’s very expensive relative to costco and even Amazon, and the warranty is not the best. I would suggest looking at prices online when looking for the items in store to price match, maybe you can save yourself some money. Happy shopping.
