J	Jay Ren Wolf “Milli” Rozhon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greatest Mangoes in all the lower mainland!!!..and I know this because I eat mangoes quite regularily from all over and they are my favorite food! Do yourself a favour and go there just to get some of that sweet goodness. God came up with the best dessert ever and decided to grow them on trees and you can find the best ones at Chalo at a very reasonable price. I buy the single ones, but one of these days im gonna spring for a case, but just cuz I have a case of 16 of them doesnt mean im any more likely to give you one of them....well okay maybe i would if you twisted my arm and/or wanted to talk about mangoes or looked hungry and/or simply asked me but my profile pic is an otter so youll never recognize me!
S	Spazmonk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide range of produce, however I find that the quality is not as good as other places. Wonderful selection of South Asian goods and cooking equipment. Also some very good selections of marinated offerings in the meat section.

C	Cara Dick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything here seems like it's going bad. Some staff are rude . Safeway is so much better. Sometimes it's cheap but at what cost really? I'd rather pay an extra dollar or whatever and not have things rot on me in q day or 2.
E	Erin Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My least favourite grocery store in Abby, both Superstore and Save On have better selection and far better customer service. It was far better as a Safeway. The self-checkout has many glitches(worst I’ve seen) and the employees aren’t very attentive, I always have to wave them over. And if you accidentally go in with a gift card (other stores allow them in self checkout) they require you to go back in line with all of your groceries which is ridiculous.

I usually do price match, nobody told me that we have a limit of 4 transactions per customer but I did not know that. She just screamed at me and said it is your job to see everything like that you should know our policy, she was that rude. I am totally exhausted.
S	Shes Nutts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dairy expires 4 or 5 days before due date. Meat is often suspect. Produce is often past its prime. Produce area floors often very dirty by mid day but never swept .Customer service is horrible. Meat on sale is often not put out . I had to go ask for it . Asked for 2 packs of the family size ground beef but told i could only have 1 per day even tho it wasnt limited quantities. I got charged full price on a sale item so I took the receipt to customer service and was only refunded the difference. I said that's wrong .You have to refund the charges and give me free item free. She said " right but law is only if you ask for it " Total Lie ! And lastly , self checkout screws up constantly. and the lady overseeing that area is usually off chatting to cashiers so takes a bit to get her to come fix it This store needs new managers and train some of the staff . Prices and selection are great but I find myself avoiding the place more and more
N	Naomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I came to freshco with two friends. We are all African. We were checking out and had troubles with the self checkout register. There was a really nice lady who helped us and left us to continue. Suddenly, one other worker came and started counting the items we had, comparing them to the items we have scanned. Basically treating us like we were going to steal items. Throughout the checkout process, she stood beside us and monitored us. We felt quite racially profiled. This has really ruined my experience shopping here.
