★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had these guys come out and do a big job for me. I thought they would be in over their head as I saw little reviews and not a massive track record. I worked directly with the owner and he did everything he could to keep the cost as low as possible and finish on time. He managed to do a good job overall and a lot cheaper than his competitors. I would use these guys again. Good young hard working bunch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam, beware. Collected my money, collected the samples, then ghosted. Claimed that there was a mix up in the lab and made excuse after excuse not to fix it. In the end I was out over a grand with nothing to show for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks like a fraud: Sean Nair received almost all money, performed the demolition, but did not provide necessary documentation with the city. He did not pay to subcontractors, and now they all come to me. Sean is constantly do not tell truth. Promises to pay contractors immediately and does not pay. Promises that there will be an inspection, but in the city they say that no one called them.
