★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to 5 vets in and around Abbotsford. I started taking my dogs here about 14 months ago.These guys are by far the best... Very caring gentle knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend Townline Veterinary hospital. The only place I take my dogs.

Dr Macquiston is definitely a animal whisperer, always puts us at ease and is so understanding Front desk staff are amazing and always ready to help. We'll done Townline, thank u for taking care of us once again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don’t take exotic animals here at ALL. they are one of two vets in Abbotsford who sees ferrets and I brought my ferrets in for a check up since one had severe adrenal disease and townline vet said they were FINE but within days of visiting here, he passed.
This vet clinic told me they ordered a hormone implant for my other ferret and that it could take a month or two to come in, I NEVER got an email or a call from them. the other ferret ended up passing 2 months later while waiting for the implant. they refused to give the temporary injections which would’ve saved the second one. it’s now been 3 months since the second ferret passed and the vet still has not said a single word to me about those implants and shots which show how much they care about their clients.
Coastal Rivers is the only other vet office that sees ferrets in this area until you go out to Burnaby and I would highly recommend taking your exotic pets there (the only problem is they are usually entirely full with exotic pet clients which is why I came here).
The vet who saw my ferrets definitely had absolutely no idea what she was doing and I would be surprised if she ever actually saw a ferret before mine. Coastal Rivers examined the bodies of my ferrets and said they might have had a chance with the injection and/or implant.
The workers here were nice but just not knowledgeable at all when it comes to exotics. please don’t take them here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Vet services!!! Had to go here in a pinch because my own vet couldn't fit me in after my dog was bitten by another dog for wound care and check up and they were so awesome I'm switching all Vet services to them. I have 3 dogs and a bunny! Highly recommend! 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Townline Vet has been amazing in providing care for my guinea pig! With any urgent concerns they are able to accommodate me the same day, and this has happened multiple times. They are also great over the phone and email to check in or look at pictures since I don't live in Abbotsford. Every staff member I have encountered has been kind, patient and you can tell they all truly care for the animals. All the vets are so knowledgeable and they have provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took in my hamster Randall today as his nails were overgrown and he had an infection on his belly. They gave me antibiotics that were easy to use for a hamster who bites and he was able to get his nails done. Very happy. I was quite overwhelmed by bringing him in and didn't get the vets name but I would bring my babies back here again. Prices were affordable for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff. Dr.Macquisten is great. My dog had to have surgery yesterday and I was extremely nervous dropping him off, the nurse that took him was so sweet and reassuring. Not to mention the front desk staff - they’re always so kind and patient. I know my dog is always in good hands when I bring him in. The whole team made the process so easy.
