C	Cotton Ballz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat had a terrible accident and dislocated her elbow. I was really worried about her but all of the staff were exceptionally helpful and amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I knew my cat would be ok in their capable hands. Dr. Sran did an amazing job with the surgery and the follow up care with Jas, Paul and Rhianon was top notch. Of course the staff at the front desk were superb - patient, friendly and took their time explaining the billing to me as well as providing follow up calls. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for excellent, reliable, friendly and affordable care. Two thumbs up!

P	Priscilla Pizarro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front workers were fantastic. My son and I wore masks, the Vet didn't. She also scared my dog (Labradoodle 1.5yrs) and put a muzzle on him. She didn’t greet him before touching him and grabbing his legs. He was scared and tucked his tail in and barked. She called a nice man in to muzzle my dog. He commented on how he was scared and not agressive. He asked if she had given him a treat first, she said no. Unfortunately this wasn't a good fit for us.

Rhiannon and Dr. Sran were so caring, kind, reassuring and loving. When our girl, Hazel needed TPLO surgery, we didn’t hesitate to call and what a relief it was to hear Rhiannon answer the phone. We got Hazel in on December 20 and she is doing very well a month post op and we will take her back to see Dr. Sran for her 6 week x-rays. We are so grateful for having found this clinic, thank you for taking such good care of our dogs!
S	Stephanie Bull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just came back from a week vacation and when we picked up our beloved Aussie Shepard from the dog sitter, he was severely matted around his neck and chest, and had lesions thet were bleeding on his skin under the matting. He was in a lot of pain and we were unable to get an appt on short notice from multiple vets we had called.We were very stressed out all day. Dr. Sran and his team made time for us, took us in when they were about to close for the day, to help our dog Ronin and get him comfortable, and even did an in-house blood test for us. Thank you so much for helping Ronin on such short notice!! We really appreciate you guys!

He took time before the surgery to explain everything in detail, and I felt my dog was in good care at this clinic. The work performed looks great, my dog is not in pain anymore and has been recovering well. It’s a far drive for me to get here but well worth it for the right care.
Y	Yuriy Babenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sran and his team are wonderful. My 9.5 year old GSD tore her ACL (CCL) and required a TPLO surgery. Living in the Okanagan (Vernon) I was unable to find a local surgeon that I was comfortable with. I did get recommendations for various surgeons around the Lower Mainland, but none were able to accommodate us on any reasonable time frame. Thankfully I came across Dr. Sran's clinic! I quickly found dozens of online reviews (Google Maps, Reddit, other social media) from people whose dogs received TPLO surgeries by Dr. Sran, and am happy to add another positive TPLO review. The Allwest team was accommodative, empathetic, very responsive, and helpful all around both pre and post surgery. To top it off, the price for the procedure and everything involved was very reasonable. It has been just under 3 months since surgery - my dog is as enthusiastic and playful as she ever was. While she still has an occasional (barely noticeable) limp and sensitivity in her injured leg, she's 10x better than before surgery, and I'm optimistic for a 100% recovery in the near future. If your dog needs any sort of surgery, don't hesitate to trust Dr. Sran! (Attached photo is 10 weeks post surgery!)
