Or he pulls some excuse like he'll try to distract you so you forget your change and if you ask for it he says he already gave it to you. Unacceptable. You can tell he's a scammer by the way he acts and the fact that this happens every time. I've caught on to him. Middle age Indian man. Watch out for him.
