S	Shirish Deshpande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was posted as 'non-smoking' but the entire corridor and room had horrible smell of weed. The carpet had strains of what it seemed like somebody's throw-up which made it feel extremely unhygienic. There were no blankets in the room but the staff provided it on request, we didn't feel comfortable using those blankets as they didn't feel clean either.
V	Victor Froese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is cheep. Not inexpensive as the room cost $140. The hair dryer is attached by electrical cord but not the wall as one would like. Good that it didn’t work which I hope was due to no power. The worst of the stay was the maintenance guy is in the room next door at 11 pm with power tools and raffle cans of paint making decorations to hang on the lights outside the room doors. I took my complaints up the the front desk and the lady there said as I been checked in for 12 hours at this point (12:30am) my stay was almost done and she would talk yo Raj the manager in the morning. I asked if she could call him and she replied he is sleeping and she didn’t wish to disturb him. I wish I was sleeping too I said. They got your money and customer service is not included in the price. Not recommended
K	K Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put zero stars I would. This was the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. Stained, soiled bedding. Missing blankets. Dirt all over the carpets. Damage throughout the room. We questioned if someone else was still using the room. And for 150$/ night I was completely appalled. Never again! Do not stay here!! It makes me feel sick to even think about how dirty it was beyond what you can actually see …..
R	Rena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The beds were comfortable. Negative: Carpet was disgusting. Furniture not well placed. Dresser drawer wouldn't close. It took 3 minutes of running the water in the sink before it was even lukewarm. The walls were in horrible condition. Plaster falling off, holes.

T	TANIA DANIELA GARCIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, since we arrived the very rude girl at the reception, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, the mattress on the bed is already very old and the pool and jacuzzi had too many chemicals that it was impossible to use them more than 10 minutes. Really very bad experience.

The walls of the hotel are paper thin, we could clearly hear our neighbors tv and conversation. My boyfriend ended up getting out of bed and asking them to lower their voices as we could hear them. There were some gross looking stains on the floor beside one of the beds, there is black mould on the ceiling in the shower, and the faucet in the shower was broken and crooked (still worked though). And there was no hot water in the morning, had the tap all the way up and it was luke warm at best. Also could not find a way to adjust the temperature in the room. We mostly stayed because we had been driving for the past 10 hours and needed a bed to crash in. At least the bed was comfortable.
