B	Bakerbikes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get this, I came here to take my 93 year old grandma to lunch and was allowed in after debating with the hostess for several minutes that I should be allowed to dine in. I crossed an international border to take my grandma to breakfast, check marking all of the boxes for Canadian Federal Agents, and was told that the sign on their door that they accept vaccination cards was not accurate and they ONLY accept BC issued Vaccine passports, meaning that no outside BC residents can eat here (vaccinated or not). So, an entry level hostess has more authority than a Canadian Border and Customs agent. Yeah right! I gave them 2 stars because they eventually let me dine in, but I was humiliated and so was my grandma. The food was below average. We will not be returning and my grandma told all of the residents where she lives, to not return. They should take those signs down if they're not going to follow what is posted by their own staff.
G	Greetswithfire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife and I came to abbotsford and stopped in at rivers restaurant.Since rivers moved from the old location to the new location something must has happened with friendly staff.No such luck,,it was awful service,no waters when asked for,rude staff when asked for waters.45 min for our order,over a half hour to be asked if I would like another coffee.When we asked about our order the waitress was rude to us and didn't address us instead she talked out the side of her mouth with a disparaging comment.This restaurant has gone down hill and their lucky they received a 5% tip.We will never enter this restaurant again and will encourage anyone wanting to partake to choose another place to eat.

A	Aidan O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is nothing I don’t like about this place! Great menu, Rempels Farmer Sausage Omlette is my “go to,” the staff are friendly and helpful, coffee keeps coming and the food is efficient. I love this place! The pancakes are also outstanding!

Food was excellent; my omelette was perfectly cooked and loaded with veggies. My wife’s shepherds pie looked savoury and loaded as well (tho she said it was quite salty). Our experience was still very positive! We will be back!
