★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a King room with a jacuzzi for an overnight "me" night. Website says pillowtop mattresses but they are definitely not, in my room 402 at least. The bed was so hard, I woke up at 230am and used all four bed pillows plus the two spares to make myself a somewhat more comfortable bed. The blackout shade wouldn't roll down and the jacuzzi kept turning itself on and off randomly while I was in it. Paint chipping off the doors and accents made it even worse or the price point I paid. The in room coffee was gross as well. not sure how they can justify $200 a night for the lackluster room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and amenities were good for the cost of the room but could hear the highway from some of the rooms and other rooms needed repair. Most of the staff was indifferent and others were incompetent and quick to blame the customer for their mistakes. Hotel management obviously did not understand the concept of customer service either. Definitely would not recommend this hotel if one is looking for a stress-free relaxing stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and safe hotel with good parking. Quiet for sleeping. Close to highway access. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Need more towel racks and more space in bathroom to put things. Grocery store, pharmacy and fast food within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could've rated lower I would've. So I unknowingly booked this hotel for my husband's work trip. Turns out the place was flooded and is in severe disrepair. There are disposal bins everywhere. Nowhere was this stated in any of the booking process. I can't believe it's still open to be honest. I'd stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say!?! Would love a dislike button. Stayed on the fourth floor. Our room was infested with lady bug beetles! Left with welt on our bodies! Not to mention the duvets clearly had sent been changed in forever based on the smell and discolouration!! And the WORST was when we went wash all that off the amount of hair in the bathroom; tub specifically was astronomical! Yes they have easy highway access, bit there are many CLEAN alternatives within a 1-3 minute drive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms facing the highway are very noisy and if there are rooms facing the back that would be a better choice. The white spot restaurant food was disappointing. Burger on the night I arrived was stone cold like the bun just came out of the freezer and the morning coffee is not drinkable. This hotel needs better morning coffee options for guests if they want guests to enjoy their stay to the fullest. The beds are comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my now husband booked to have our wedding at the conference centre in March of 2020 when it was the Quality Hotel still, and suddenly 5 days before the event, everything was shut down due to COVID. The hotel was very understanding and moved our date for us many many times up until 2 years later when we were finally able to have the wedding we had originally planned. We went through several wedding coordinators in that time but all were professional and communicative throughout the process. The setup process with our vendors the day before and day of went very smoothly and we never had an issue with anybody getting what they needed. I need to give SERIOUS props to Ryan who was absolutely amazing the day/evening of our wedding and checked in with us every now and then to make sure all was well, and introduced me to my new favourite bar drink. I recommend this hotel for anybody wanting a beautiful indoor space for their wedding, with added convenience of hotel rooms being easily accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Room was clean and the layout was good. In room amenities were mini fridge, coffee maker, tv, plus other standard stuff you expect from a hotel room. It was also clean and the lobby was nice. Staff were very polite and extremely helpful. This hotel was reserved for us by the airline due to a flight cancellation and by the time we got there, everything was already sorted out and our check in was very quick.
