They provide a safe, non judgmental space that allows recovery, healing and fitness goals to happen. They always take the time to listen and validate my experience and address my concerns. Their expertise, support, encouragement and genuine care has been so appreciated. I’m honestly not sure where I’d be on my road to recovery without them. I’m so thankful for this amazing team! I highly recommend Pacific North Wellness!

This is such a friendly and welcoming office where they really take time with you and listen. From the 1st person you see when you walk in the door to everyone else there they are all so professional and efficient. Can't wait until they offer even more services after the renovations are complete. Absolutely first rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first started working with Garth after suffering a painful back injury...not sure whether I'd ever be able to regain the strength and mobility that I had lost. With Garth's encouragement I set what I thought was a wild and crazy goal and then met with him regularly to work towards that goal...meeting that goal was such an empowering experience! Now whenever I get side-tracked I know that some regular sessions with Garth can get me back on track. The exercise programs he designs for me are always (just the right amount of) challenging, his tips on proper form are really helpful and easy to remember and I'm always so pleased with the results.
