Firass and all his coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout my fitness journey. They make a customized workout to meet your needs/abilities and are always there for support. Also they are by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever worked out at. Booking a work out time is extremely easy online and overall I feel this is the most COVID safe environment to work out in.

The staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful, kind, and motivating. The facilities are clean, comfortable and have great equipment. Lots of different equipment and room to exercise. My partner and I both go and love it :) Mia is my coach and I’m so grateful to have such an understanding, knowledgeable and talented trainer to help me achieve my goals!
