We are all busy and I appreciate the timer they take to send an email reminder and phone call when it is renewal time. If I have questions or concerns they are always quick with their response time.
I have both business and personal insurance policies.

Shawna and her team make sure we have the proper coverages and take the time to review our needs. Recently we had to make a claim, and Shawna walked us through the process and expedited the claim process so that we received our funds promptly! It is so reassuring to know that when you need your insurance, Co-operators delivers. I high recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not a good experience. They are very professional to a fault of being unfriendly and dance around concerns and avoid answering questions related to issues. I am not impressed and will try to find another office that can meet my insurance needs for future insurance policies.
