★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have deleted the reason for my 1 star review, as it was very nasty, though on point. Truthfully it has nothing to do with that, but since the Sussex Insurance President replied with integrity and understanding, I won't let my opinion dictate the rating. It wont be increased based off my interaction with their President, but it won't be backed by my emotions.
Thank you Jason, for your time, understanding, and commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so nervous having to renew my insurance for the first time but they made me feel so welcomed here. The lady was friendly and helpful. She was also super fast!! I will definitely come back here if I have any questions or concerns about my car insurance. Thank you for the pen too lolol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I renewed my insurance at this location the other day and I was so happy! Happy because my rate went down but what really impressed me was the customer service. Daljeet was great and informative. Very clear in her explanation. And Johnson went even up and beyond by switching my plates for me while I dealt with my crying infant. I was really impressed with him. I usually go to this location when I need to renew my insurance, but I will make sure I always do now. And hope I can see Daljeet and Johnson. :) 10/10 recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in at 830pm and was waiting patiently behind some chatty people in front of me, I had come in for a permit for my car for the next day. After the chatters left, I was able to get the permit in record time, all before 900pm.
Good and fast service, I would come again.
