Got a bunch of photos off phone, even got one poster sized one...amazed at how well they turned out!

Is there place where you can everything you need. And great attention by the employees.

Dishonest advertising. We were told that we could get a free portrait when we had a passport photo taken. So, after the necessary passport photo, we scheduled the portrait. The session itself was fine. The photographer was very good with our two-year-old, and the photos looked great. However, the fine print is that the portrait *session* is free but the photos themselves are very expensive. To get a single digital copy of a single photo, we would have had to pay $125. (You read that right.) To get a single print of a single photo, we would have had to pay minimum $20. And the prints wouldn't be ready for three weeks! The pictures were so nice that it was hard to walk away from this, and the photographer's time and skill is obviously valuable, as is the studio space. But we were persuaded to schedule portraits under the false advertisement that this valuable thing was free for us. To advertise a portrait as free, and then to charge $125 for *access* to the portrait, is plain old dishonest. And, with the portrait studio literally next door to the photo centre, a three-week wait on prints is ridiculous beyond belief. An honest policy would simply be to advertise a real price for portraits, and include digital copies at cost. If (for whatever reason) the customer wants to wait three weeks for a print rather than walking three metres next door and printing photos immediately, prints could also be offered at cost. But the thing of value is the photographer, her time, her skill, and the studio space. Charge an honest price for *that.* Don't give the valuable thing away "free," and then charge insane prices for jpegs and prints, whose value can be measured literally in pennies.

I went to get a canvas made and they told me it was it might not be ready the next day (Christmas eve). I told them it was for my wife and they had it ready for me on time. The ladies did an amazing job under so much pressure with the rush of Christmas. Thanks for the quick work!
