★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed in the lack of transparency from Samantha. No where on her website, or any other business pages does it state that deposits are non refundable. My friend referred me to Samantha, prior to her own shoot, and she unfortunately had to cancel due to financial difficulties. Samantha absolutely refused to refund the deposit even though she was given a weeks notice to fill the slot. My friend and I are both no longer interested in using Samantha's services, so holding the deposit as a credit is redundant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samantha is very professional, communicates well, and final photos provided were excellent quality. She has a great package that includes maternity photos, newborn, 6month, and first birthday photos. Highly recommend this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samantha is highly unprofessional and I regret to work with her. She will give you deals / discount on the service in order to get the business. Once she get the money, she will make you run for the appointment. After numerous follow-ups, once we got the appointment she did a terrible job. My 7 years old daughter can click better pictures than her. She is one of the worst photographer I have worked with in my life. She tries to rip the new immigrants, by showing fake portfolio. Also, to top that she is not polite at all and highly disrespectful.
Do not recommend her for new born and maternity photoshoot or for any photoshoot. If you really don't want to spoil your moment / event, please do not hire her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is hard to describe how incredible Samantha was for our wedding this past weekend. From the beginning she was so awesome when we hired her for our wedding in March of 2020, and throughout the several reschedules we had to do up until we were able to actually get married 2 years later. She was super patient with us and empathetic. Once our special day actually came, she was super professional but also personable and was just the most helpful person throughout the day, and I couldn't imagine having anybody else or what we would have done without her! If I could give her 10000/5 stars I would. Thank you Samantha for making our day that much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very upset about this experience. First, didn't bring many props for my newborn photo shoot, she didn't take the time or patience during the photoshoot and it took 3 weeks to receive the photos. I got many photos but every photo looks horrible. I told her that I'm not happy with the photos and she said "you received the standard number of images that came in your gallery. Unfortunately she was not very cooperative (understandable, it happens!) So we got what we could in the environment you had available." So she had a problem with my home? Idk. I asked if we could reshoot and she offered a discount for a future session. No, I don't think I will ever book her. I'm so sad.
