โ โ โ โ โ I love shopping at this store. They have excellent stock and very friendly staff. I recently purchased a new belt system, and I have to give a shout out to Richard, who was incredibly helpful and patient to put it all together for me. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and I really appreciated his assistance.
And a major bonus at this store: 5.11 pants with stripe already on!! Every time Iโm out in the โwack for training, I always stop in at JFT! Keep up the great work. :)

โ โ โ โ โ Ignorent staff. Turned away their only customers because we wouldnt put on a mask due to medical exemption. Law in bc is they cannot turn down someone with a medical exemption. Didn't even try to accommodate us. Sadly we were willing to spend lots of money. I will laugh when they go out of business. Also before they even said anything to us they had to pull their mask up. Hypocrites

โ โ โ โ โ Great customer service. Despite having a harder to find length measurement, i was able to find multiple pairs of pants in stock that worked for me. As a taller guy i am normally stuck buying whatever pants at a store might actually fit (normally only one or two pairs). It was nice to shop somewhere that actually lets me have a choice of options.
