★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on holidays when my dog all of a sudden couldn’t walk. He wasn’t eating, and had been throwing up. I took him to Sardis animal hospital carrying him to the front door. He weighs about 60lbs. I could see the receptionist behind the counter who just kept looking up and did not rush to help me. Finally when she got up and walked to the door taking her sweet time, I was turned away and was told they could not help me as the doctors were all busy. I was there with my two kids. I found this to be completely unprofessional and quite rude. My dog was in distress and they turned me away and told me to find another hospital. I won’t ever be recommending this place to anyone. Terrible service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with Valley Vet for 16 years. This clinic restored my faith in vets and staff who put the animals first. They have always been so kind and patient with our dogs, previously one black and one chocolate lab. They helped us through the very tough end of life transitions for both dogs with nothing but the utmost care and compassion. We now have a little staffy pup and she has already become so well loved and cared for by these wonderful people. The docs have a very conservative approach meaning that they don't force their agenda. They consider what is the least intervention we can introduce with the most positive effect for the animal. They give you all the possibilities and their outcomes and empower you as the guardian. They are all incredibly kind and vastly knowledgeable. I will continue to praise these vets and their staff, they are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been bringing our rescue dog here for a few years now and have always received the best service and care. Our dog was so nervous (having been a rescued stray) but the kindness and patience of all the staff, along with Dr Steinebach’s skills & experience have made all of our visits easy. Over the years of pet ownership, I have found that some vets are great with animals but not people and some vice versa, but this team are great with the clients at both ends of the leash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good help w/my dog until recently when they cut her during a nail trim. I believe the styptic powder & blood she injested made her ill & they refused to see her til the following week. Took her to another vet who said this had caused my dog gastral upset. I will be sending them the bill

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Dr Steinebach and all the caring staff at Valley Veterinary for helping us through the stress of saying goodbye to Kitty today. Your compassion, thoughtfulness, and professionalism made the sad process much more bearable. Also, arranging for us to enter and exit the clinic through a private door, to a private room, was greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veterinarians and support staff are amazing. Our dog was hit by a car 5 years ago, we brought him here, they saved his life and provided above and beyond treatment for him ever since. We couldn't be more grateful to Valley Veterinary Services.
