★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a meet and greet with Dr. Mann after recently moving from Kamloops to Chilliwack. Having a special needs Frenchie (congenital hydrocephalus, grade 2 laryngeal collapse w/ elongated soft pallate surgery, hiatal hernia, grade 2 dental disease w/ 16 recent extractions and a plethora of other issues) it is important for me to be ensure I have the best care for my boy. Dr. Mann was very knowledgeable and I felt his confidence in his ability to treat my dog for his multiple medical concerns. He ended up having a ear infection (it always seems to be something so it’s important for me to have a vet that when I call I can actually get my dog seen - which Menzie’s offers!) and he did a ear flush, got him on some ear drops and as well gave him some allergy meds to try (to hopefully prevent the issue). My dog wasn’t happy at first - he really snarled at Dr. Mann. Dr. Mann was so good with him - he picked him up in his arms to calm him and really tried to create a bond. I feel very confident that my boy’s care is in the best hands with Menzie’s and if you are looking for a new vet, I would highly recommend giving them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My beloved Cindy is 15 years old and she has a lot of health issues, this past Sunday we had an emergency health scare with her, as my regular vet is not open Sunday`s I started calling a few pet hospitals but no one would take us, my husband grabbed Cindy and drove her to Menzies Hospital. The staff was so compassionate and helpful Vet saw her right away, we can`t thank you enough for accommodating us and helping our Cindy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mann and all his staff are always so amazing, compassionate and knowledgeable. My dog Teeka actually walks in the door there, and loves all the staff! Best vet in town and the only place I truly trust with my baby girl.

My senior cat was vomiting frequently and not able to keep any food down, I called to book an appointment for him and the reception was absolutely amazing, asking all the symptoms and checking with the Dr. They asked me to come right in even though we were a new patient and it was such short notice on a Friday! They got us right into an exam room and Dr Mann was quick to put my worried mind at ease, not only doing the necessary diagnostic tests but ones that were able to work around my financial needs, getting Hurley on the correct treatment and only one day later my little old man is back to his usual self!!! Following us around, eating and no more vomit. I cannot thank the staff at Menzies Hospital enough for helping a very stressed and worried cat owner, we will be sticking with them for any future veterinary need. Thank you so much!!!

I was happy to find Menzies pet hospital open and when I discussed my concerns I was invited to bring my cat by with no delays. I felt well cared for and impressed with the compassion the vet showed while caring for my pet. These are good people and I will definitely return in the future. Thanks Menzies for your care!
