And the Dr. was so kind and met our very painful decision , with compassion. I am eternally grateful that I was referred to him . Chilliwack is fortunate to have e such a dedicated Vet. And we continue to bring Diva and Ella to the clinic. Thank you all who work there.

And a lot of checking and fear. We relied a lot on these reviews to decide on Chilliwack Animal Hospital and have been so glad we did. So if you’re searching for a wonderful doctor for the pet/extra member of your family, do them and yourself a favour and check out this clinic. I finally did so when I found a large lump in our girls stomach last year around this time. When I brought her in I was brought back to the exam room with her while she was examined. (She was overweight. And they never shamed me or her for that.) We had been giving her an Rx diet from the other vet but I wanted to see what they would recommend. They recommended the same. But the price difference at this office was a lot less. So the lump. After X-rays revealed an enlarged spleen the doctor asked for permission to send the X-ray to a specialist to look at it before proceeding. I was quoted the prices for everything beforehand. When she did have the surgery and I got her home, I could not get any medication into her. They had me bring her back and kept her overnight at no extra charge. These people are doing what they love. Not a J.O.B. and it shows in their caring and compassion to your pet and to you. Thank you Dr. Dhalio and Ladies and “support staff”, for taking such great care of us and all the other fur babies and owners I see coming and going as I return regularly to get our kitty’s food.

The staff are both helpful and friendly, always willing to find a way to fit us in or provide helpful support and information. The office is well organized and the wait time is never very long. The compassionate care our pet has received from the veterinarin(s) is consistently thorough and very thoughtful.

I like how the physician comes to greet you and gives you an opportunity to ask as many questions as possible. I’m happy to find out everything about my pet’s health. Waitlist for appointments isn’t really a problem. I was able to book an appointment within 5 days. Reasonable pricing as well.
