★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd day of waiting for a automated car wash, yesterday only 2 of the 3 working, today they are down to 1 working/ open. They need to post something at the pumps to let customers know before they pay . Very infuriating. Last time I come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an automated carwash that was 17 dollars. I went through and my truck was still very dirty so I talked to the manager and she agreed to give me another code. After the second time, my truck had the exact same markings, so I pointed then out to her and asked if I could get a refund. She denied and offered for me to do manual hand wash which i was not willing for because I had paid for the extra service for a reason and didn't have the extra time to manually wash my truck. Overall it was rude management who kept saying it was not their problem. Poor management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time, drive down to Shell! Advertise they’re open 24 hours but I was waiting over 10 minutes for an employee to arrive at the window. No one showed up, I knocked on the glass for an employee while the doorbell went off to notify staff a customer is waiting. Called them and number was disconnected. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here several times and i have never been treated so nicely at a gas station in my life. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with the levelof customer service they have. I went there a few days ago and i needed air in my tire badly and forgot my debit card the machine doesn't take coins. One of the staff offered to use his own personal debit card in the machine to help me out! That kind of customer service is very rare these days andI highly recommend visiting this location .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get a car wash I have lived in the area for 9 years and used the car washes there often, but never again. This time the wash would only wash half my car and then shut off. I went inside and explained to the clerk that I needed to rinse off my car, but didn't have any cash. They issued me a ticket for another wash and told me to try another one, except the other two were closed. Tried the same one again, same result. Went back in, clerk still didn't understand when I said I just wanted to rinse the soap off my car and still insisted that I go through another wash. They had no idea that only one was open and I had to tell them 4 times before they understood. They could have easily given me a refund so I could rinse my car and leave, but would only give me tickets. Finally they directed me to an ATM, only to tell me once I have cash that they didn't have change.
Absolutely ridiculous. Go elsewhere. I still have a stupid ticket and need to go back to get a refund.
