★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Jack's cycle before for bike accessories and have always LOVED the products and the customer service. I had my bike stolen so I needed to replace it.... After having a bad bike experience at a different store and having to return it, I headed to Jack's. Well, that's was the best thing I could've done because I ended up with an even better bike for the same price as the bad bike I had returned earlier.
My bike was so awesome that I returned the next day with my mom to buy her the same bike in a different colour! Couldn't be more pleased!!! Its cute, it's comfortable, it has 7 different speeds.. Ah I am in bike heaven. I am so mad at myself that I didn't originally go to Jacks!! The customer service is 1000x better than all the other stores in town that sell bikes. Go straight to Jack's, don't waste your time anywhere else!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very helpful while I was making my purchases. Bought 2 new bikes, helmets, baskets, bells, etc etc etc. $3500 later..... my Son’s bike got double flats first ride out from blackberry bushes. Take it in and ask for them to replace the tubes with puncture resistant tubes, obviously at my cost. No problem they say. Pay for the repair and take it home. Put it in the shed and go to ride it 2 days later only to find that the back tire was still flat. Take it back and after some serious explaining and a little arguing they realize the didnt do the back one but had charged me for it. The owner finds out then that when they charged me for the repair the first time, (that they only did 1/2 of), that they had charged me for the wrong tubes. Instead of saying “hey we are so sorry for the mix up and making you drive across town AGAIN to fix our mistake, there is no charge today” He makes me pay the difference for the tubes they charged me incorrectly for. What a way to leave a bad taste in a customers mouth. I try to support local as much as I can but was the $12 difference in the price of the tubes worth a customer. My Son’s next bike will be purchased at one of the other numerous bike places in the Fraser Valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my bike into be fixed (new back rim and derailer), felt the tech was trying to nickel and dime me. Picked up my bike all fixed and the back tire blew within two minutes of riding it. They took no ownership of the tire but said I had to supply a new inner tube and I would have to pay labour if they thought it was an inner tube issue and not an install issue. Hesitant to take it back because I don’t feel they would take responsibility for it and likely over charge me anyways. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason at Jack’s Cycle took care of my bicycle repair needs for over a year in Chilliwack. The service was always friendly, super quick, honest, reliable and fair. It was even generous. I ride daily so my bike repair needs were frequent and many - Jacks always helped me get back on my cycling plans with minimal interruption. As a female cyclist, I’ve noticed some shops may not treat you equally as a customer - this is not the case at Jacks. I highly recommend this shop!
