After the tune up, I wanted them to look at my brakes again. They sorted the problem out and fixed it right away. I have been very happy with their business and totally recommend them.

These guys are so kind and so quick and professional!!! Also GREAT selection of bikes supplies!!!

I came from out of town, and brought in an old, weathered bike looking to get parts to fix it up. I had phoned the previous day and Isaiah told me that they were really busy, but had parts and could set me up with what I needed. When I arrived and got talking however, I was told that they could fit in a quick tire/ rim swap, as well as a crank swap as it required a special tool! Great! By the time I ate lunch, they had swapped parts, measured replacement cables, threw in some extra cable ends etc., checked out my pump, and let me test ride a used bike for my wife! I am extremely impressed at the effort they made to prioritize and care for each customer during the 1 hour I was there! Without a doubt I'd travel the 3 hours to get parts/service from this shop! Thank you Isaiah and team!

They suggested three different options to that would work. They had the parts in the store, so they did the repair on the spot. I went in yesterday when my bike was having a mechanical issue. They took my bike in and found the issue and had back to me an hour or so later. I've brought my bike there before (this is my go to shop) and have always thought I'm getting a great value for the level of service they provide. I would highly recommend this business.

It was making noise and kept driving me nuts. I called Cranky’s and requested to bring my bike in to diagnose. The guys were very busy working on other requests, but did take some time to speak with me and I explained my concerns with my bike. One of the staff members listened to my request and took my bike for a ride around the lot to see if he could hear the issue I was speaking about. A few minutes later, they were able to diagnose a few spokes that were not installed correctly. Dropped off my bike and was able to pick it up another day. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to fix my bike. Bike is running very smooth and could not be happier with the service provided. The fact that they took my bike out for a small ride to see the issue and carefully inspect it was the type of service that placed them above and beyond in my books. Would recommend their shop and services. Pricing was good and it was great to finally have my bike running smooth and quiet once more.
