★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst locations. Staff are rude. Have had burgers with no patties. Most recent was a medium peppermint mocha that was not given at the drive thru, ignored us waving at the window. Finally opened and said sorry, made the mocha. Passed it to us and it's less then half full, told "that's how it's supposed to be" and " we are holding up the line". Went inside and asked for a small cup, poured the mocha in and it was half a small cup. Rude staff again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, terrible quality. Have gone here several times, trying to keep an open mind, but today I decided to write a review. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes to speak to someone. No luck, so I drove to the window. Ordered two big macs, and two fries, and condiments. Fries were limp, macs were cold, no condiments. Drove through again, asked for fresh fries and a warm burger. Fries were better(not good, but better). Burgers were cold. Threw everything in the garbage! Will not go here again ever! I thought Macdonalds was about fast hot food, and high standards, obviously they’re slipping! This has been the case here for the last few years! 1.3 stars? No wonder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot sit here armed with my keyboard and say I have experienced all that Mcdonald's have to offer indeed I have not been to many of their outlets.
What I can say for sure is that this outlet at Vedder road has service standards which are wayy below anyone's in the fast food industry I have experienced to date.
I gave them a four line order for take out, and they managed to miss off one line completely.
When I rung them up about it, there response was simply, we will give you a free item next time you drop by.
Assuming of course I spend my money with them ever again. So in essence someone went without lunch today in the house.
Their store manager needs to give them all a world of up to date training on how to deal with customers spending their hard earned money and bout checking the customers orders prior to given them over to the customer. they need to sharpen themselves up against the competition which is ever growing in this industry of theirs.
If there was a minus star rating this place would have got it for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is quick. The person at the window is always so friendly and should be applauded for putting up with those of us who show up un-caffeinated in the morning. Food is good but could be hotter. Other than that, the young team there does their best and it shows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 7 orders of large fries for a group of kids. Every single one was less than half full. Not even any in the bottom of the bag. Give people what they pay for. This particular location messes up the order nearly every time but unfortunately the reliable location is currently closed for renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotta say, pretty disappointed here. Went for the $2+tax Big Mac deal. First, their scanners didn't register the coupon from my app and they refused to give me the deal (I then ordered online and the coupon applied just fine). Also, though, it looked like they didn't even try to make my burger look decent. Lettuce spilling everywhere and one of the burger patty looks like its missing some (or someone took a bite :P)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this McDonald's location today. They had lots of vehicles at drive thru and ut was hopping but I was very disappointed with my order. The burger was cold not hot or even warm. The small fries I ordered....well the bag wasn't even half full. Picture below. Worst part is that it wasn't a worker there it was the supervisor that served me. He was trying to work fast but couldn't manage to be courteous. He doesn't work under pressure well and would benefit by remaining calm and focusing on the tasks at hand rather than giving sub standard service and orders. I will try them once more but if still terrible service and food quality I won't come back. Here's hoping!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and pretty fast to make the orders. Rarely ever get the orders wrong and will easily help if they are wrong. I'd say the food and staff itself are great the only thing that's kinda not nice is the location. It's always super busy and there's most likely a homeless person raking up a whole corner of the restaurant or outside the door begging for money. Otherwise it's a great one to go to
