But it has gotten so frustrating because there’s always something wrong with the order. My bad, I also forget to check sometimes but I’m usually in a hurry and really don’t feel like I should have to check every time since I’m paying $16 for a to go salad or bowl. It’s either missing the extra stuff you add (avocado etc), or something that’s supposed to come with it (dressing). I ordered my usual bowl on the way to work and when I finally unpacked my dinner I had to eat the bowl without the dressing which was not very good. Portions are also very inconsistent. If it was a once off it would be tolerable, but it’s so often now that I’ll just go to freshii down the road. Sorry guys!
E	Edward Dr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate here at least a dozen times. Used to be a professional properly ran quick service location, but it seems the staff changed. Now it's all a bunch of highschool kids that care more about their conversations than taking your order or making your order in a decent amount of time. Had the same experience the last 3 times I've eaten here. Last time eating here. I'm not paying 15 dollars + tip for a salad just to have to wait until kids finish their conversations about "yearbooks" just to order.

Not the chopped leaf I remember pre covid. For $17 I wish I went to Wendy's and got a taco salad. Cheaper and made with better care.

But I have no complaints with the service, quality or taste. I hope they keep the bold buffalo. Just got that one tonight and it is amazing.

We stumbled across the chopped leaf and have found just what we were looking for. Healthier food choices that taste great. We have visited this location a couple times now and have not disappointed. Their wraps and bowls will fill you up but not weigh you down. I've tried the harvest medley, the no 2 bowl and the bangkok. I would have any of them again without issue. So yourself a favour and go to one of their locations and check it out. You can thank me later.

Got it home to eat it and discovered this unwelcomed treat in my dinner. I then drove back to the store (promontory) and every employee was quick to respond "it wasn't me", not that I asked who made it but instead of apologizing and asking how they can make it right, refund or remake, they were all super defensive and had extremely bad attitudes towards me as if I was to blame for my disgusting salad..?
