T	Travis Helfrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointing. Ordered Bacon Cheese Burger with Poutine and Milkshake last night (March 3rd) Milkshake was runny, almost liquid and getting close to being warm. Seems like whipped cream was used to make it instead of icecream? Poutine was okay, but nothing to right home about. My burger was so drowned in sauces even though I only ordered two on it that they were all I could taste. Will not return.
P	Patricia Hadley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has a routine where he gets to go to you guys with his Grumpa when he’s visiting from out of town. We absolutely love the gluten free options, and the curly fries, dip, is AMAZING. We love the staff - they’re always accommodating and nice.

I arrived on time and let the the cashier know that I was there to pick up my order. She looked at me like I was crazy, looked at the order machine and picked up the slip. Her to excuse for my order not being completed was that she didn't hear the machine print the order. The place was completely dead with no one in there and 2 staff. Instead of apologizing she told me it would take 10 minutes. I waited and received my order. She just looked at me, didn't tell me it was my order. Handed me the order and not thank you or sorry or your welcome. Poorest service and experience ever. What a waste of money. The food while it was hot, the burger was poorly done and had very little of the extras I ordered. Whoever manages this location really needs to train their staff on problem solving and how to create a solution instead of the staff staring blankly at your customers.

I ordered a breaded chicken burger with added bacon, a side of poutine, and churros for dessert. To say I was pleased with what I received is an understatement! The burger was one of the best chicken burgers I have had in ages! The poutine was authentic with cheese curds and really flavourful gravy. The churros are legitimately addicting. The price was incredibly reasonable for my whole order too! I was really really happy to be so pleasantly surprised. It's not too often you take a shot in the dark at trying a new restaurant without being referred, and win like this! Definitely recommend. I'll be ordering again. So good!

My wife that is not typically a burger fan agreed as well both times. They use top quality beef and fresh toppings in their burgers and that is what makes the difference. Their fries and onion rings are excellent as well.

I have a feeling this is an upper management issue more than the workers. Milkshake had good flavour, but was milk… not ice cream. Fries are consistently tasty and good texture, but getting fewer and fewer in our orders. Same with onion rings. Patties are overcooked, dry and over charred. Bacon was not bacon. It was chunks of cured meat that was then fried. I couldn’t even chew it. Staff said it was management that said size of portions had to be smaller. Patties are typically fried so much, there is no moisture. Pretty sure that is just the recipe- not a fan. Update: owner’s offered refund. Have not found a way to get that refund yet. Hopefully they send me contact information so I can follow up.
