I live with mental health issues and Dr. Smith has always showed kindness and has gone above and beyond in my darkest moments. Dr. Smith has been a life line when my mental Heath declines along with all the amazing ladies who manage the busy phones. What a blessing crossroads family practice has been for me and my family, many thanks to all of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di Smith has been my doctor for over 13 years. He was my foctor through both of my pregnancies and has always treated me and my kids with kindness. I feel so lucky to be a patient of his. I also like that if dr smith is booked up, you can see another doctor at Crossroads if you wanted.
