★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Basanti has been my family doctor since she came to Abbotsford and she sees all three of my kids and me and my husband. She never keeps us waiting too long and when she does see us she’s very respectful she’s very thorough and she has excellent bedside manner. She calls back with results of tests and asks how we are doing which I find rare these days with doctors being so busy. The staff have always been helpful when I called to make an appointment and they’ve been courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Clifford Moodley is a very good doctor...he's patient, very kind, and understanding. BUT, it is impossible to get ahold of the receptionists to book an appointment over the phone.. every single time i try to call it says the line is busy. The receptionists there are very rude aswell. They have too many people trying to call at once and not nearly enough people to answer those calls!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been seeing Dr. N. Moodley for years, since I was a kid! He is absolutely amazing, professional and so friendly. He truly cares about your health, whether its mental or physical! I will be his patient as long as he will let me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr N. Moodley , one of the best doctors I've ever had. He always greets you with a smile and a handshake and talks to you like a friend. The wait times are minimal most times I'm in right away and the staff are always very polite and professional. If specialists are required he gets me in to see them with very little wait times. He is very caring and takes a personal interest in what is going on in your life. My wife and adult son are Dr. Z. Moodley patients and think the same of her as their doctor. To those who complain about Mark medical clinic, I would have to assume that it wouldn't matter what the care was like, they are just people who are never happy no matter where they go.

He understands, always listens and asks the right questions and is really good at being our doctor. ...17 family members..small as in newborn to older adult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m 21 years old. I struggle with health issues. Dr Ross has been no help, he basically told me he doesn’t think my diagnosis is real and refused to send off referrals. Also, Stacey the receptionist unfortunately is extremely rude whenever I’ve called. She hung up on me and wouldn’t book an appointment with me because she said I was “being rude.” Well, if you call standing up for yourself rude I’m really sorry for that. I’ve reported them & im hoping that they can find peace within themselves. Extremely ashamed that this is how our medical system is going. Stacey please find a new job. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Ross is amazing, super knowledgeable and very professional. The whole staff in this clinic especially Pat is a pleasure to speak with, polite, friendly and genuinely helpful. Although receptionist can be a bit more friendly but nonetheless our experience has been super positive. We are so fortunate to have a Dr. Ross as our family physician especially for our newborn. Thank you Dr. Ross.
