★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally leave reviews, but the lady wasn't paying attention to when I was saying my order and and ended up making the wrong drink... then she fought me on what I ordered when I clearly know. Before she made the right drink, she stood behind the counter, staring out that window for a few minutes... will nit be going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only wish u would clean tables each time i go they arent done... The coffee It's so strong my 1st taste and it makes my mouth taste burnt I've tried extra sugar and it doesn't help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and seats are ok to good pending which ones you get : ). Prices are more expensive than McDonald's or Tim Hortons but atmosphere is much nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for coffee and a dessert with my daughter at 615 store closes at 7. Advised that any of the deserts that they have wrapped in saran are not available as they aren't available until the next morning. All of the desert items with the exception of the cookies were wrapped. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not one to leave reviews but I come in on fridays and saturdays, and the girls aren’t very welcoming. One of the girls just stood at the till and didn’t say anything :\ No welcome, good afternoon, or “how can I help you” and I asked politely for an iced matcha latte. She didn’t ask if it was on debit or with cash and just put the machine out and walked away. I had also asked for the taller option as I’m still new and don’t know the sizes and after realized I was given the standard size. Which was okay, I took it anyways. She didn’t ask about sweetener either. Just really cold and didn’t say a word. Which kinda sucks because I really want to like Waves. Good drinks though :\

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Americano Misto (hate the Canadiana name btw) should not be 1/4 empty it's not a cappuccino! I feel ripped off. Staff never responds when you thank them either, only had 1 of them ever respond back in a nice way. I wanted to like this place so badly but this was the final straw. Coffees ok but this really ticked me off...will cross the street to Starbucks for a better coffee for the same price. One AMERICANO MISTO please!
