★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to this store, bags must be requested and are not just given in the drive thru. The girl at the window was quite rude about it as well. I don’t care if I have to pay for the bag…. Definitely shouldn’t have to ask for a bag when going through drive thru…. Unfortunately my car is yet to be equipped with a dinner table. Thank you, will not come again ???♀️
EDIT: New development….. their pop machine needs a new bag of syrup like asap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst McDonald's in chilliwack. Always getting my orders wrong through drive-thru and the chicken nuggets taste off. Very dry and they charge you .50 cents for the dipping sauce. At least they don't mess up my drink. Your better off going to the other McDonald's in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here multiple times but only after 1:00 AM. It's a 24-hour Mcdonalds outlet. The takeout experience was great, with no complaints. The queue moved very fast each time I was there, and yes, there was a queue at 2:30 AM for the drive-through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously reviewed this location and gave it a 1 out of 5 just after they opened the new building. Thought I'd give them another chance after they worked out the bugs.... nope still bugs....
Ordered egg muffins to go on a Sunday morning. Felt like they had been sitting for a while... there was more cheese melted to the wrappers than on the muffin and all three of the English muffins were like chewing shoe leather. Quick is nice, but fresh is better.
Won't go back here again... EVER. I'd rather wait for them to prepare food than eat garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this McDonald's location after a visit to chilliwack. The location is located within a shopping area and there are many other restaurants and big box stores around it. The location itself is very clean and spacious. There is ample parking as well as a drive-through. The menu is standard and the service was as well. Unfortunately, this time when we went inside to order and received our meal after a few bites I noticed a hard metal peace within the box the sandwich. On further inspection it looked like the back screw nubs of someones earring. Rather disgusted, I brought this back in and raised it to the attention of the manager. All he did at that point was to acknowledge the presence of the thing and tell the cashier to ring me up another one. When I continue to stand there looking at the cashier, the manager circled back around and reached into the sandwich box to grab the offending metal fragment and leave without saying another word. No apologies no reparations nothing. After I got the replacement sandwich, I checked it for metal pieces for which there were none. Back outside, where we were eating, the kids we're pulling out other assorted accoutrements from their meals including hair. The drive through was obviously very busy although the in person dining was not. There was a lot of activity in a lot of workers in the back that we could see. Regardless of being a busy location, with lots of workers, I do think it is incumbent on providing a level of quality standards especially for food preparation. I wasn't looking for any freebies however an apology would have been nice from the manager himself. Not coming back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never thought I'd be reviewing a McDonald's but here we are! There is a confusing lack of trays at this location. As in you will need to literally pry the tray out of their hands to take it to your table. They come to the window with your food on a tray and say they don't have enough so you have to carry your food without it. My friend balanced 4 different items in her hands trying not to spill fries and drink along the way. I saw another woman carrying everything balanced on the paper liner. I literally had to pull the tray out of the hands of the young man giving me my food while telling him I would use the tray to get me to the table and bring it right back. I looked around and not one person had a tray at their table, so where did they all go?? Did someone break in and steal ONLY the trays last night? Did they get melted down and reconstituted into burgers?? I'm so confused by this whole experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, terrible cold, half full food. They couldnt care less about it. Orders are always wrong and they look at you with bewilderment when you ask them for what you actually ordered. The worst McD's we have ever been to.
