★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostess was short with her words and wasn't responsive when we thanked her very much for seating and telling us the specials. The sever went above and beyond, always making sure our drinks were refilled. Our burgers were a little undercooked and we questioned it but didn't bring it up with the sever as we thought it was the lighting. But we did end up getting food poisoning. We've bever had this happen here in the past which is why I give it a 4 star review. Food was displayed nicely, great portions for what you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic day out. We started our day out with lunch which was so tasty! All of the staff/guides were so kind. Our group of six went rafting with our amazing guide Lucy(tells good jokes). Would highly recommend and if I was to give one tip; listen to your guide with intent to understand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes old whitespot..not much change in the interior kinda tired carpet..but the food is ok .not fantastic but ok..simple stuff kinda hard make it wrong in saying that have had same other places and terrible..Our waiter was friendly and came back frequently to ask how the food was..nice service,Mark was exceptional. Professional and very open to requests .What a great change for this particular place..as in the past left a lot to be desired..Service Wise ..congratulations to the franchise for great change. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lived in chilliwack many years and have always loved whitespot. I usually let these things go cause they remake it right away when asked but I went there today with some family and got myself a monty mushroom burger which came to me very undercooked and completely raw. I also ordered a legendary burger for takeout to bring home to my boyfriend and after getting a raw burger I should have checked to make sure the to go burger was properly cooked but I figured since I sent my already raw burger back to be remade they wouldn’t make the mistake twice. But he dove in to eat it when I got home just to find it equally as pink and raw. I’m very very disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen again for other peoples sake it can be very dangerous. For now I will not be going back to eat there anytime soon.

I'm not sure what was different from the other Spots I've been to but the flavors of the Nat's Hearty were 3 times tastier at this location! Ceaser was perfect!
Considering making the move to Chilliwack now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, service, we had the Monty Mushroom Burger, back story, there is this wonderful horse named Monte, and I have been taking care of him for almost 2 years. As the owner has cancer and I love this horse so much, unfortunately, I had to leave the farm, not my choice. So I went to Blackbrew Tattoo and now on my left shoulder is Monte the spirit horse that hopefully one day I will be able to take care of again.
It seemed fitting that my 2 very good friends order the Monty burger.
Friendly service and professionalism and excellent burger. Clean, neat atmosphere. Hostess was very accommodating. Delicious burger and I love that you can order half and half onion rings and yam fries with extra charge. Worth it. We will be back May 3rd for dinner as I will be finishing the tattoo. What a great way to end the day..
