★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seth saved the day! Just when we were about to leave without finding what we were looking for, Seth pointed out the perfect couch for us. He was able to get us a great deal on a perfect set up and we’re very happy with our purchase. Excellent service, not at all pushy, but was really great at helping us find what we were looking for.

He was very knowledgeable about the different products, availability, and a no pressure sale. Thank you Seth for being very pleasant and thorough, and we love our new couch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Canadian businesses. I don't like cocky young people though. If you're selling a person something online you should know what you're selling. This review should have gotten 2 stars but like I said I will support Canadian businesses. I made something very clear to my salesman and I was assured I was good to go. After I purchased it and it was enroute I was then informed that the thing I was insisting on was not to be so.... Well... Now it's too freaking late and I can't wait cause no where stocks units to be sold the same day anymore apparently... So.... To the Brick... Your sales people should be more familiar with their appliances and the difference between propane ready and propane appliance...JAN 26,22 UPDATE...... The store manager has contacted me and thanked me for my concerns and he apologized as well. I felt it to be very sincere and while he can't rectify the past he is doing his best to prevent the situation from repeating itself and assures me that as a sign of good faith he will make sure I will be a very happy customer should i return. Of course I'll try again! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my review and acting upon it.

He was brand new to the sales side of the team but you would never know, he did an incredible job and was very passionate about getting me the best deals available as well as keeping me in the loop with the delivery updates and any new information. I will definitely work with Seth again in the future with any more furniture or appliances I may need. Thanks Seth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service as always. Been a while since I purchased anything over $2000 and was happy with the end result and of course the do not pay for 18 months. Tyler was very professional and helpful and went out of his way to give me a great deal on the items purchased. It was definitely time for a change and The Brink was the way to go for me. Looked at other furniture stores and I am 100% happy with getting exactly what I wanted at a better price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had our first visit to The Brick since moving to Chilliwack a few years ago. We needed to replace our 10-year old mattress. I'd done a lot of research and we pretty well knew what we wanted, and The Brick had it on sale. We marched in and went straight to the mattress area at the rear of the store, finding the 2 mattresses we were waffling between. Enter salesman Shawn V. What a great next 20-30 minutes!! He was respectful, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and exerted no sales pressure whatsoever. He was able to answer ALL of my questions and still kept his smile! I'd researched mattresses on independent websites, so knew the going price. We got an incredible deal and are thrilled. I wouldn't hesitate telling a friend to go to Shawn V. for help with a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection of 1up arcade machines. Caught me by surprise. Came in for a couch for the living room and came out with outrun 1up. I didn't even know they made mini driver cabs. They also have digital pinball machines too.
Come look for some furniture or plan a birthday party there, it's a party inside.
Very helpful staff, dhillon went above and beyond. Answered all our questions and was very polite.
